BEFORE WE BEGIN

Welcome to Becoming Me

There is a version of you that exists beneath expectations, roles, old stories, and everything you have learned to be for other people.

This workbook is an invitation to slow down and meet yourself with curiosity.

You do not need to have everything figured out. You do not need perfect answers. You simply need enough honesty to notice what is already there.

☼
A gentle reminder

Move through these pages at your own pace. Some questions may feel easy. Others may ask you to pause. You are allowed to skip something and return to it later.

The Stories I Carry

We all carry stories about who we are. Some encourage us. Some protect us. Some began as interpretations of experiences and slowly became beliefs.

REFLECTION

My inner stories

EXERCISE

Fact or story?

Choose a belief you have about yourself. Separate what you know from what you have interpreted.

↻
REWRITE

Rewrite the story

You are not required to erase your past. You can choose a kinder and more accurate way to understand it.

A story can explain where you have been without deciding where you must go.

CHAPTER FIVE

Becoming Me

Becoming is not a destination. It is the quiet, ongoing process of choosing who you want to be and taking small steps toward that person.

REFLECTION

My future self

Imagine yourself a year from now. Not perfect. Just more intentional.

YOUR PLAN

My Becoming Me Plan

Becoming yourself happens through small, repeated choices.

“
MY SMALL PROMISE

I promise myself...

Keep it small enough to be real.

A LETTER TO MYSELF

Dear future me...

Write to the person you are becoming. Tell them what you hope they remember.

✦
FINAL REFLECTION

What am I taking with me?

Look back through this workbook. Notice the things you wrote, the things you discovered, and the things that surprised you.

✿

You are becoming.

You are allowed to change.

You are allowed to outgrow old versions of yourself.

You are allowed to choose again.

And you are allowed to take your time.

With gentleness, Lumora
